Switch between daily report and daywork sheet.
To switch to a daywork sheet, click on the dropdown menu at the top and select either time and materials report or daily construction report.
Use the plus button in the bottom right to create your daily construction report or copy an existing one.
In the daily construction report, you can record general information such as:
Similar to the construction diary, you can record the following additional information on the right:
The weather always refers to two basic pieces of information:
Date
The specified date can be today's date or a date in the past. In the latter case, "historical weather data" will be retrieved. If you change the date afterwards, the weather data will be automatically deleted since it no longer corresponds to reality.
Project Address
Under Projects, you can assign an address to the current project. The search for the correct weather is based on this project address. If no project address is stored, no weather can be found. If only a partial address is stored, you will also receive a notification to complete the address.
For personnel, select from the employment groups. You can modify and add to these in the general settings. You can record the number of workers and hours. If you want to record multiple personnel hours, this is easiest done through a series. To do this, check the box in the bottom left. When you're finished, click Save.
The number is automatically multiplied by the hours and the total hours are displayed.
For activities, you can enter free text, the location, and the required hours. For legally sound documentation, you can attach files, select attachments from Documents & Plans (formerly: Project Room) or take photos directly.
Here too, you can create a series when dealing with multiple activities.
Here you can enter notes as free text with unlimited length. Images can also be added to the respective notes.
For materials, enter free text, the supplier, quantity, unit, and optionally a delivery number. For suppliers, you can select from your contact list. If the desired company is not there, check if it has been activated for this project. Here too, you can attach files, select attachments from Documents & Plans, or take photos directly.
For example, it makes sense to attach delivery notes directly as photos in case the paper slip gets lost. Here too, you can create a series when dealing with multiple materials.
Enter a free text description and record the number of equipment pieces and duration of use. Here too, you can attach files, select attachments from Documents & Plans, or take photos directly.
For example, it makes sense to attach photos of the equipment's condition before and after use directly in case of breakdowns or problems. Here too, you can create a series when dealing with multiple pieces of equipment.
Once you have recorded all information, click on the paper airplane in the top left to send and sign the report.
