Occasionally it is necessary to send PDF reports by postal mail or registered mail, such as for defect notifications. In BauMaster, when sending the PDF report, you can select the option "Include recipient for postal delivery" in the Layout settings.

This function adds an address to the PDF. You can either enter the recipient's address manually, or select the address that is stored in the company's contact details.

Tip: Maintain your company contacts properly including addresses, and you'll save yourself manual entry in this step!
