Select "Day Work Sheet" from the dropdown menu at the top.

In the Day Work Sheet you can record general information such as:
Similar to the construction diary, you can record the following additional information on the right:
Click on Load weather data to search for and load weather data from the internet.
The weather always refers to two basic pieces of information:
Date
The specified date can be today's date or a date in the past. In that case, "historical weather data" will be used. If you change the date afterwards, the weather data will be automatically deleted since it no longer corresponds to reality.
Project address
Under Projects, you can assign an address to the current project. The search for the correct weather is based on this project address. If no project address is stored, no weather can be found. If only a partial address is stored, you will also receive a notification to complete the address.
For personnel, only one of your own employees is available at a time! For billing purposes, please select the correct employment group. Optionally, you can record a personnel number, hours, and any additional payments. If you are missing a specific employment group or type of additional payment, you can add these in the global settings.
For activities, you can enter free text, the location, and the required hours. For legally valid documentation, you can attach files, select attachments from the project space, or take photos directly. Here too, you can create a series when there are multiple activities.
Here you can enter free text of unlimited length.
For materials, enter free text, the supplier, quantity, unit and optionally a delivery number. You can select the supplier from your contact list. If you don't see the desired company, check if it has been activated for this project. You can also attach files here, select attachments from the project space or take photos directly.
For example, it makes sense to attach delivery notes directly as photos in case the paper slip gets lost. Here too, you can create a series when dealing with multiple materials.

Enter a free text description and record the number of devices and duration of use. Here too, you can attach files, select attachments from the project space, or take photos directly.
For example, it makes sense to attach photos showing the condition of the used equipment before and after in case of failures or problems. Here too, you can create a series when dealing with multiple pieces of equipment.
Once you have recorded all information, click on the paper airplane in the top left to send and sign the report.
Just like with the protocol and other reports, first select the people to whom you want to send the report.
To sign the Day Work Sheet, check the checkbox.
To sign the Day Work Sheet, click on "Preview/Next" (bottom)
Click on "Preview/Next" to proceed to the preview where you can add your signature.
After entering your name, a sketch field appears where you can sign by hand.
Click on "Next" to proceed to the next step.
Enter at least a subject line. If you don't enter custom text, a pre-written standard text from BauMaster will be used.

This way you can save a lot of space in the PDF construction diary: select the checkbox Attachments & Images as Download Link, select no option under Attach Photos/PDF Files at the End. This keeps small thumbnails in the construction diary through which recipients can download the original photos.
After clicking "Next", you will return to the email overview. You can now send the report (even without completing it).
You can find all PDF reports in the project space under Reports. If no report exists, the folders are grayed out.
