Text templates for the opening text and concluding information can be saved and applied for configuring and sending PDF reports.

You can create Custom text templates or use BauMaster templates.

These templates work across all projects and apply to the entire company account, meaning once created, every site manager with an Expert license and every additional project benefits.

This feature is only available to users with Expert licenses.

The BauMaster templates will continue to be expanded in the future. We take great care in researching the content and are proud of the quality.

However, our templates do not replace legal advice. Standards or legal matters may change, therefore we assume no liability for legal validity or currentness.

Applying and Editing BauMaster Templates

The BauMaster templates provided by us cannot be edited directly. However, you can download them and subsequently edit them as "Custom templates", or use them directly and edit them afterwards.

Click on the download icon to directly open the "Create New" window. By clicking "Save & Apply," the BauMaster template will now be displayed in your Custom Templates and can still be edited there later.

When clicking "Use template" in the BauMaster templates below, the text will be directly applied to the opening text or concluding information. There, it can be subsequently modified and then saved as a "Custom template".

Create, edit and apply custom template

You can either enter the texts directly in the opening text or concluding information and click on "Save as template",

In the next window, enter the Template Name and the Text Block of the template. By default, the name of the currently selected report is stored with today's date.

With Apply & Save, the text template is saved under "Custom Template" and directly used for the PDF report.
