Project Costs

With the Project Costs feature in BauMaster, you have:

an overview of gross and net amounts
the tax rate at project level,
as well as a cost analysis by company and in total

If you have a Pro or Expert license, click on Search & Filter in the main menu for analysis/overview.

Set the filters according to your query criteria.

Click on Costs to display a tabular list of all additional and reduced costs. You can see the company, trade, entry (with link), short text and net costs.

Entering Costs

If amounts are entered in the costs field for tasks or protocol entries, they will be displayed here in tabular form in the Project Costs menu.

The Project Costs view is not displayed on smartphones. It is only available on larger screens.

To change the cost amount, click on the entry number highlighted in blue to jump directly to the respective entry.

A subtotal per company is automatically displayed, which in turn is automatically added together to produce a total net sum.

The VAT or sales tax rate that you specified for the project is shown as a percentage (left) and as a sum or amount (right).

Note: in this overview of company costs, you always see the net costs, regardless of whether you set gross or net amounts in the protocols.
