The project team can consist of internal and external people. External people can be invited to a project by any employee. Internal employees, however, can be assigned to a project only by the admin.
- If you are an Administrator yourself, you can see all projects and select yourself for all projects.
- If you are a User, you will only see those projects that have been assigned to you by an admin.
Assigning People to the Project Team
Internal Employees (admin only): Click on Contacts. Then expand the employees at your own company:
Move the slider to yellow and you have defined your project team! The selected employees will now see the project and can create and edit logs, create a construction schedule, etc., depending on their license.External individuals: are also added to the current project using the slider in the contacts.
The upper slider makes the company available for the project and the lower slider the respective person.
