Plan-based Work

For new tasks or record entries, you can choose whether to create an entry first or a marker first.

1. New Task - Plan-based

For the "New Task" button, click on the arrow and select "Plan-based".

2. Select Plan

Select the plan where you want to place the plan marker.

3. Set marker and save

Place a plan marker at the desired location. You can also add a drawing and then click on Save.

4. Enter data and select series

If you want to place multiple plan markers in succession, check the "Series" box. The type is a required field and must be selected, all other task details are optional.

5. Slider for all markers

When you activate the slider for "All Markers", previously set markers will also become visible on the plan.

6. Set next marker and save

Due to the activated series function, the next marker can be immediately placed in this plan.
