Dashboard

Dashboard

The Dashboard consists of various windows, called "Widgets" (such as "My Tasks", "Company Tasks", etc.) and provides a quick overview of all open tasks, entries and news about updates or upcoming training sessions (on the far right).

Structure

The interface is (for Smart and Expert licenses) **structured as follows:

  1. Menu bar with icons for all functions that are otherwise displayed in the expanded burger menu
  2. Filter column (see more below)
  3. All activated widgets

The interface is (for Connected Users) structured as follows:

  1. Menu bar with icons for all functions that are otherwise displayed in the expanded burger menu
  2. The following widgets are displayed: Reporting, My Tasks, Date, Company Logo, Recently Used Protocols and News

Filter Column

In the grey box (2), you have several filter options available for the Dashboard view.

Above the individual filter options, which we'll get to shortly, the following is displayed:

  1. Your company logo
  2. The calendar week with the current date
  3. Dashboard Settings for widget display

Dashboard Settings (for Widget Display)

Click on the gear icon in the top right of the filter column to access the Dashboard Settings. Here you can show and hide all displayed widgets and change their order using drag-and-drop.

Info
Note: All settings are saved for each specific device. This means you can keep the view more compact on your smartphone compared to your tablet or PC.

Enable and Disable

To show or hide individual widgets, click on the yellow or grey slider. You can adjust these settings separately for each device! For example, if you only want to see your own tasks and all overdue tasks on your smartphone, you can deactivate everything else.

Change Order and Arrangement

Click on the desired widget, hold down the mouse button and drag it to the desired position. You can customize this view and order individually for each device! For example, if you want to see a different order on your PC than on your tablet, you can rearrange them without hesitation.

Info
Note: The only widgets that are fixed in their position are the Reporting and Task Overview.

Filter Options

Generally, the filters affect all widgets, with two exceptions to ensure you maintain a complete overview even when filters are applied:

Warning
Both the Reporting and Task Overview are unaffected by the filters (except for the project filter).

If you would like more detailed listings, apply other filters (by trade etc.) or print and send entries as a document, please use the Advanced Search.

Info
By default, all projects are enabled for display.

Company

If you want to display tasks from specific companies only in the Dashboard, you can select the desired companies by clicking on "Select Company".

Info
By default, tasks from all companies are enabled.

Status

For protocol entries, different statuses are displayed depending on the protocol type. You can specifically filter by these statuses.

Info
Note: By default, only entries with the status "Open" or "To be checked" are displayed in the Dashboard.

Dates

You can display the Dashboard overview for a specific time period. The following filters are available:

  1. All (The entire time period, past and future)
  2. Today
  3. 7 Days (into the future - "next week")
  4. 14 Days (into the future - "next two weeks")
  5. Overdue (all overdue tasks from the past)
  6. Future (all entries that lie in the future)
  7. CW XY (Filter by a specific calendar week)
  8. No Date (Show all entries without a date)
Info
By default, "All" is selected.

Record

If you want to display entries from specific records or a specific protocol type only, you can also set this as a filter.
Info
By default, all records of all types from all projects are active.

Priority

A priority can be assigned to all entries. If you would like to display only entries with the highest priority, for example, you can select them here.

Info
By default, no filter is selected. Both entries with and without priority are displayed.
