The blue i indicates that this type is an information type. In a continuous protocol, you can then choose whether this information should only be recorded in the current protocol, or whether this information should be carried over to subsequent protocols.
Entry types can be defined as "with status". This means that the type receives a traffic light function (open, to be checked, completed) which controls whether these entries are carried over to the subsequent protocol or not.
Click on the type designation.
Entries with status Information are not carried over to subsequent logs, and therefore serve for one-time information distribution.
Entries with the status continuous information will be carried over to subsequent records until they are set to Information.
Entries with the status open will be carried over to subsequent records until they are marked as completed.
Entries with the status Review will be carried over to subsequent records until they are marked as done.
Entries with the status done will not be carried over to subsequent records.
To specify which type should be pre-selected for newly created tasks, click on the desired type designation and check the box for "Standard for tasks".
